My advice to you would be sell your car and buy a used model that has already been modded. It will be much much cheaper in the long run. The minute you mod your car with the list you posted your car's value will drastically be decreased should you decide to sell in the future. It will be worth less than if you left it completely stock.

There are several modded cars for sale in the forum that have been build right and can be purchased for well below the value of your used 12. Sell yours buy one already done and put some money in your pocket. You will save all of that mod money, which can very quickly add up.

Not gonna sell it I have only owned for 6 months and I like the fact that I bought it brand new for my 30th birthday. I plan on keeping it a long time, maybe even pass it down if I ever have kids. All ready bought the mods and dont feel like losing money on that, losing money on selling my car, and losing money paying interest on another camaro.

I voided the powertrain warranty with GM at the 8900 mile mark, and replaced it with a 3 yr/36,000 mile one from Lingenfelter. I realize that everyone can't do that level of mods, but it is an option neverless.

Your Dad almosts sounds like my wife!! "He took a brand new car and replaced everything......".

This car is NOT the family sedan!!

Ive waited till 20k miles to void mine, and honestly. I would have done it after 10. If anything was going to go wrong, it would have. But, the tune wont necessarily void it, only if they determine the tune had something to do with the issue.

Go for it

I waited 3 months, 620 miles to void mine. Everyone thought I was nuts doing that back in 2009. Now it seems kind of sane. HAPPY MODDING!

Yeah it was a different erra for sure. Its funny because he was floored when I stopped by there house to show them what I bought me for my birthday. I have added a few things but nothing like this. He said the same thing about my vette. It is funny though because he could get in and out of my vette a lot easier than he can my camaro. He refuses to even sit in it any more.

That is my thinking. If it was gonna have a major issue it would have surfaced by now.
