They didn't have a 3" in and out back when we bought ours
Yea...I'm looking at the Big Flow X-Pipe with XR1 mufflers. 3" all the way back.

The only drivability problems I'm anticipating is keeping it on the ground!

If you go with more power you're going to have to look at the transmission.

Thanks for the compliments. I'd ask ARD about that as well. They did all the work. I really don't know much about it, except how to turn it on.

Russ:
Did you get the 4L80E Super Duty?
http://www.monstertrans.com/store/pr...mance-2WD.html

Also, which torque converter did you go with?

Thanks. (I'm plotting.)

Mine was custom built by ARD, and has a multi disk Circle D torque converter (3800 stall).

Stainless works 3" LT's with 2" primaries. I have the 3" all the way back. Love the way it sounds...just want to hear it with a supercharger!

So I went to Discount Tire to get my new rear tires put on (yes I've already burned through the other two). I have to go across town to the store that has the special "touch-less" machine. I get there and the machine is broken. They tell me there's another location that has a machine that's almost identical and should be good to put these on. On the way I stop by the bank to grab some cash, and as I'm doing a u-turn I curb my wheel! I'm usually so careful and have never curbed a wheel in my life. I was so pissed.

I get to the other location, and in the process they scratch the other one! It's not really bad, and they'll pay to get it fixed, but come on. If my wheel repair guy can't fix the curb rash it I'll have to get another outer hoop. I ran over to ARD and put my track wheels on. I'll run around on those for a few days until my Savinis are fixed.

I guess I should look on the bright side. I can have more fun on these tires for the next few days. Also...like Ice Cube said...I didn't even have to use my AK...I guess you could say it was a good day.

Dude...I know just how you feel. I don't know if you ever read about my discount tire fiasco. But, I took it in to have the tires replaced and the kid trying to remove the tire got both tires off just fine. Then, he goes to put the new ones on. He uses a metal bar for leverage and with no plastic sheath, just uses it to pry the tire up. Yes, I'm watching. As soon as he turns the wheel, "oh crap..." He walks off and says to his buddy (not seeing me standing there, "I just scratched that dudes wheel." It gets better... After I walk over and check it...getting livid...I pull aside the manager adn he comes out. Then, they scratch the other. WTF?!?!

They invested in the touchless machine and now have lots more customers coming in with their custom painted wheels. Since that machine went in, we haven't had a single problem with scratching anything. But, that was freaking horrible. Yes, they did offer to fix them. Didn't get it 100%, but they got it really close. Then, one rim ended up having a hole in it under a weight. So, SLP replaced that one for me. They still owe me a rim....but, don't think I"m going to go after them.

Yeah, I didn't want to say anything, but most built transmissions cost double that.

That's what I was wondering as well. Being that cheap I'd be concerned about what kind of parts are inside.
