Attention Camaro5 students or avid readers

Maybe some of you already know about this. But I just discovered it and wanted to share with everyone.

If you are looking to buy, sell, or rent textbooks for your college courses or just looking for a new book to read, I highly recommend:

www.bigwords.com

I just saved over $200 on my textbooks by buying through there.
The site gives you links to various online stores with the books you need. you can buy new or used, or rent the textbooks.
The only drawback is that if you want the best deal, you have to sign on to whichever site has the cheapest book. You also have the option to buy from just one store (not always the best deal).

For example I bought my 5 textbooks from 4 different sites, but paid about 150% less than if I would of bought at school.

Awesome find, Milk!!!

When I was in school, the kids used to use half.com and something else that I can't remember now at my old age

I will, however, tell my sister as she is in college!

Thanks again!!

Half.com is where I bought one of the books.

But this site helps you find the best deals online. It really removes all the hassel of looking online and hoping the seller is reliable.

I just wish I found it 2 years ago.

Nice find.

Thriftbooks.com is the cheapest I've seen for novels, but I don't know if they have textbooks.

I've used bigwords for years. I like that it will find the best place to get all the books you need. Sometimes it is better to break up the order and get them separately, but often (with shipping) one stop does the trick.

Is that a math major's way of saying you got them for half price?

Hey cool.....
Though I get all my books for free

It's part of paying to take online classes -- all the course books are provided in PDF format,.....and I can print 'em free (for ME!) at work....muah hahaaa....

I can even get any one that's offered as an e-book -- so I can download the book I want to read, for the class I WANTED to take, that I don't have an electives to fill with :(
