Bumper paint
I'll post photos soon but..
The tip of my bumper in the front got the paint scuffed completely off. All you can see right now is the black plastic of the bumper on the very tip of the bumper. I was wondering if touch up paint could fix this? It's not a very big mark, but the paint is completely pulled off and it's noticeable because my car is orange. Help please! |

I would try the touch up paint first, multiple coats only where the paint is missing, don't get it on the exsisting paint. Stand back five feet and see how it looks.

Is the code for the bumper different for the rest of the car? I found a website but it has like 3 different codes for the 2010 IOM camaro.

Should I buy the pen or the bottle? What's the difference?

I would buy the bottle. The difference is you can use a brush with the bottle, or you can buy the pen and literally use it like a writing pen. The bottle is more universal. I would get the 2 oz. because you're gonna need it if you get rock chips.

Yw. Once you post the pics, it might be able to look like nothing ever happened. It just depends on what it looks like. You might want to look into this also. I used this after watching Ryan's videos and it works just as advertised. IOM is easy to match also. I used Dealer paint to do it lol. http://www.langka.com/complete-paint...-kit-p-30.html

The Lanlga and Dr Colorchip products are for chips, not chunks of missing paint. If it is not a chip, then it will look like crap if you use touch up paint to fix it. Sorta like this crappy job:

If you touch that up, it will look like you touched it up. That's a big spot. Worse case will be you make it look like your 5 year old did it.

I would touch it up and let it dry good, then buff it out. It would still look better than that.
