Nice topic OP
Back in '09 when Obama had his "cash for clunkers" plan i called my Chevy dealer, and they told me if i brought in my beat down to hell old '01 Dodge Ram 1500 they would give me 4500.00 towards a new car. I was like whut. The saleman confirmed it and off i drove to meet my first true love my 2010 RJT 1SS  The rest is how you say...... history! |

2001 honda accord. yes, I was a high roller.
I let my friend borrow my car one day and he completely totaled it. got my insurance check in the mail and used as the down payment for my new camaro  by the way my friend was not injured. but he may have been after the accident :p his excuse is that I got a camaro out of it lol |

2007 Impala SS. It was a bittersweet deal. I really liked my Impala. I was attached to it even though I only had it for less than two years. It was my first newer car, my big "I made it" moment because it was the first thing I bought when I started my career.
But it consumed oil and just ran out of the certified warranty. I found my VR beauty about 3 hours away and made the deal happen that day. Glad I did.   What was really funny was the comments I got about the interior being mint and spotless. The salesperson that sold me the Camaro, and the guy that test drove the car both made comments this is one of the cleanest interiors they have ever seen come in. lol

The only vehicle I had prior to my ZL1 was an 05 Dodge Neon SRT4. I still have it but it's not registered anymore. I modded the hell out of it and she puts down 420hp on pump gas. I stopped there though because things started breaking frequently until I eventually decided it was time to walk away from my tuner-boy's toy and get some real muscle.
And yea... I kinda have a thing for orange

My friend had an SRT4 also, I think '04? It was a beastly little car. Really fun to ride in.
