Maybe its ture, but its better then doing nothing. Plus there are other sites that have petitions you know.

Let's hope this is not the reasoning for delaying the HUD or any other option for that matter..

I believe it's a factory installed option only.

I want the HUD too. I bought my Enclave in the first year, 2008. Then the 2009s were available with a better engine, bluetooth and cooled seats. So I'm waiting until the second year so they can work out any kinks and for more goodies.

I love the HUD, been loving it for a long time and when I had first heard about it as an option for the Camaro, I was super hyped.

Then it got pushed to Dec 2009 and then apparently pushed to 2010.
I've bugged my dealer only twice since I pre-ordered, to upgrade to RS and added a car cover. If by the miracle of shear luck, they announce the HUD at the Jan IDL, I will be driving CamaroScotty nuts with calls and emails to get it added. I know it won't happen but I can dream it.

I was very disapppointed about not having the HUD available but got over it, at least I got my Halos. I can not wait 2 years just for the HUD but I know I'll grit my teeth when someone mentions "so and so" has the HUD in their Camaro, do you?

Yeah, I had a 1998 Grand Prix with a HUD, you could adjust brightness, height, and how far left or right you want it.

My girlfriend's father has a 2000 Corvette A4 (stock) with HUD and I absolutely love it! It was the first time that I have ever driven a Corvette. I want HUD and I don't care if it comes out the first or the second year - just so long as is comes.
