FYI....only because I grazed past this post:

DSSV dampers are magical due to their internal valving mechanism...they are not electronically controlled. When the marketing talks about low speed/high speed...that is a function of damper travel and force...not electronic switching between a comfort and sport mode.

carry on...

And I'm very interested to know the part numbers for the Z/28 half-shafts....

Yes you are correct. I have done some digging on them and read about how they work.

The suspension option code is VRM (Value added vertical suspension)

They're really something spectacular. I would love the chance to experience this car one day. Until then - I'll have to live vicariously through others!

VRM??!! I know you have access to the parts catalogs, but that doesn't sound right. GM has always used "F" for suspension RPOs. Like F41, FE4, FE6, etc. And "V" has always been cooling. Like V01 radiator, etc. I guess they can do whatever they want though.

Yes I know, but it looks like that is currently how they are listed.
I'm guessing VRM is an option RPO for a package of parts.

If it changes or I find something else I will post it up

I still don't understand why people are after the intake.

It's very similar to a RotoFab...

It looks more like the Airraid setup vs. Roto-Fab or CAI.
