Here is a easy inexpensive way to protect the screws and splitter on the ZL1
A cone washer with a bevel on it recessed for the stock screw and washer. It will protect the screws and splitter when going down driveways or dips.

If it wears down just replace them and they can be put anywhere on the splitter.
1/4 is all it has to be in depth. Need more bevel to keep from catching on anything.

The washer here is just a proto type and over 1/4 in in depth. These can be run on a CNC fast and easy.
