Cleaning intake valves on a high mileage car

Hello guys, i would like to ask is it a good idea to clean my intake valves? My car has 128k miles with no catch can (yep!) so i thought me and my friend will work on it in the weekend, its a 2010 LLT , what product should i use to clean the carbon deposit ? Crc intake cleaner? (Btw i am talking about manually cleaning the valves not spraying in tb) any input would be appreciated ! Thanks all.

I see no one offered any help or suggestions. Did you clean the valves? How did it go?

I didn't end up doing the cleaning because i had other issues in my car to tend to, i really wish i can do the cleaning though, but i am kind of worried about bending the valve stems while doing it, also i never saw a post here about cleaning high mileage engines w/out a catch can so that kind of stopped me as well

I was told that it's a bad idea to clean the intake directly while the car is on since chunks of carbon will be forced between the pistons, i was going to use crc intake valve cleaner.
