How do you turn off the air vents?

I just got my car back from the dealership and all the air vent controls were off...meaning that it wasnt going to the head, it wasnt going to the floor and everything. The guy turned them off and i pressed the button to turn it on and now i dont know how to turn them off. I have like ocd with this and this is so stupid but i just want them off. Maybe they arent called air vents but thats what came to my mind after i thought about it. Everyday i go into my car trying somethin new but they just wont turn off. Please help :(

maybe I am not understanding the question, but I think you just press the button on one of the climate control "tits" that poke out of the dash to the floor or defroster ... other than that, you can turn the fan control all the way to off just by twisting it to the left all the way.

or are you asking how to turn them all off completley?

not sure how to do that other than to turn the left "tit" all the way to the left to turn it completely off.

Well, I know sometimes mine are off wghen I get in and start the car, but I never remember what I did when I left the car that made them all turn off when I got back in. I'll have to do some experimenting...

uh, what lights can you not turn off? The defrost light only goes off if you set the airflow to one of the options on the left radial menu. The ac light is off by either pressing it again while it's on or by turning the left knob to off. The airflow lights on the left radial menu will turn off if the left knob is turned to off.

I was actually wondering the same thing. On the right side where you choose the defroster and what not or the little snow flake I can get those to all shut off (none lit with blue lights). On the left side where you choose feet, face, both etc. Mine is on facial right now with the air being completely off and the light is still illuminated. I clicked in the facial button but it remains on 100% of the time.

To get all the air turned off you need to turn the left knob all the way counter clockwise to the off poss and on the right side make sure the recirculate air is on.

One light will always be on the air location side(left), just allows for radiant air to move.

All you have to do is turn all fan all the way off and hit the front defrost button. The next time you turn your car on all the lights will be off. I found this out like the first week I had my car. I hate having the lights on too it just annoys me lol
