custom rim makers?

So im looking to have a set of custom rims made for my car...there are easy and hard points to what i need out of this

1. They have to be the exact same design as the 45th anniversary rim.
2. I want them to be 22" as i already have 20" and they just dont fill the wheel well enough.
3. The back have to be minimum of 305 woukd love to fit 315 under the car though and 275 front.
4. Last but not least they need to be stong as hell as the car they car going on will be producing over 1000rwhp.
