Well since you have new parts might as well install them and see.
Charge the battery and reset the fuel trims. Any air leak past the MAF can also create a leaner condition because there’s more unmetered air not accounted for by the ECM. You can get an unlit propane torch and drift propane around the intake while the engine is running. If it idles faster there’s your leak. We have adaptive idle so the ECM will adjust the idle to be correct even if hit with air or propane but you will hear it idle up first before it corrects.

Ive heard disconnecting the battery for a while will do it. Probably but not 100% sure on that.
For sure HP Tuners can do it. Plug the dongle in to the OBD and turn on the scanner, not the editor. Start the car and connect to the ECM. (The left car icon at the top) then click the blue square to start recording. Hopefully, you can see your LTFT and STFT on the scanner graph. On the same line as the other icons, click the VCM controls one. It looks like a power button to the right of the engine icon. Go to the FUEL tab and you will see a reset for the fuel trims. When you click it, you should see the LTFT and STFT go to zero then start to gather data again. Thats it, they're reset. I would definately do this after a new part is installed. Hope it helps. M
