Fresh Motor - Going In!

Motor ate a cam roller earlier this year. Was running a bigger cam on pretty much all the stock components. Got a good 35,000 miles after the cam. Some track time and lots spirited driving included! At about 20,000 after cam, I broke a valve spring, piston hit the valve (photos below) but the cylinder held pressure and seemed OK. Ran it another 15,000, then SKRETCH SKREETCH SKREEECH... Thought it was a spun bearing, but instead, found this:

Here is the piston where the valve hit due to a spring failure about 20,000 after cam:

Now, fully built, all new internals. Mildly bigger cam. Have a buddy that runs an engine shop, so I got to experience the process of building a custom motor. Used the original aluminum block and heads, but pretty much everything else is new. Got to witness the dyno test, which was incredible.

As I am preparing for the install, I am wondering what all I can do at this point. I am adding the clutch quick-bleeder, new motor mounts, new clutch, and general cleaning of the engine bay. What else would you do if you had this situation:

Oh, man. You've done all the hard work. Maybe visit the thread for engine bay declutter, but it's looking nice.

Save up for gas and tires!

Agreed, you hit all the big topics.

Things you could do:

Throw some paint on the strut towers if they are in rough shape.
Easy to do a sway bar while it's apart.
Get some CFD brackets for the removable crossmember under the oil pan.
Reloom some of the wiring to make it look nicer.
