v6 hesitation

I have a 2011 v6 and their is a hesistation on take off. Everytime I start her up and put it in drive and slowly accelerate, the car jerks for a few seconds then doesn't do it again. Feels like the transmission but could be engine. Wondering if anyone feels the same thing? Normal or problem?

Could be a problem, maybe some crappy fuel?

My 2010 v6 has no hesitation at all either stomping it or on slow acceleration.

Doesn't sound normal and would take it to your dealer if it keeps up.

No hesitation with mine either. See if it goes away with the tank of gas, possibly bad gas. If you have on-star have them run a diagnostics check. Keep us posted and good luck.

Its really noticable in the morning when its cold..but if the car sits for a couple hours it does it again....the rpms don't drop so most likely it has something to do with the transmission...any transmission problems on these cars?

Mine does a little stumble when I'm backing up my driveway but only when the ac is on.and then only when I'm giving it a feather touch to go the last few beeps (park assist) b4 I hit the garage door.it's like the car can't compensate for the ac demand on the engine.

Are you giving it a minute to come down off the "fast idle" when it's cold? It's a cold-start emissions thing, heats the converters up faster.

Mine did it after the dealer re-flashed my ECM.
Did a fuse pull and all is back to normal now.
No hesitation.

I always let it warm up for about 10 mins if its been sitting for more then a couple hours....so I kno its not because the engines cold. To me it feels like the tranny hesitates for a min then its fine. I have tried using the paddles and same shit. Even tried turning off the traction control and still does it. I can't be the only out their that has this problem.

caligrown562, have you spoken with another dealership to see if they would happen to know what is going on? You may also want to suggest TooCool5's fix as well if you can't get to another dealer. If all else fails you could also have your dealer check with our Technical Assistance team as well. If that fails I would suggest contacting Customer Assistance and letting them get involved. I can setup a case for you with them to expedite things should the situation get that far.

I have two questions if you don't mind.
1. Sometimes mu 1LT stalls when i first pull out if it sits for overnight
2. Can I get a Borla Attack or "S" type system for my V6 1LT?
