Does any one know what they are or has anyone taken measurements of the new wheel and offically compared them to the first series ones? I personally like the old one (look, feel, grip, controls, size), though I haven't driven a Gen5 with the new one. I always use a cover anywho's, that in itself changes the look, feel, grip to some degree......and bigger/thicker is better for me personally. Mines fairly unique as far a grip design goes and fits the wheel and car great.......

I also like seeing the word Camaro in its center as model indentification that seperates it from the pack. Too Bad GM hadn't added SS to the SS model steering wheels or at least somewhere in the drivers view, incorporated on the door panels or at minimum dash area.

Of course no one with the new wheel will say they hate it... I hated that they changed it. What was wrong with the 10's and 11's? just for standardization?

I see lots of room for aftermarket Wheels here!!!

The Sonic dash looks like my NERO media player skin..
Now we just need a Red Robin Camaro and life will be complete!

I happen to love my 2010 LS3 steering wheel. I think the new one is ugly. I have never understood why people say the 10 and 11 steering wheel is uncomfortable and big. I find it very nice and functional. I do have big hands though.

I find it funny that people use the wheel as justification for not trading for a new one. Just admit you love your Camaro...you have made it your own...and nothing in this world would change that! No need to look for "the wheel is ugly" or "the font on the speed O sucks" to justify your decision! Love your car because it is your car. No need to justify! Just saying.

i think its hillarious how some of you guys try and justify the new camaros having a different steering wheel as your OLDER car being better then the new ones. i love my '12 steering wheel. no need to get your panties in a wad because your car is another year OLDER

I drove 8hrs to PA and I didn't have any issues.

All cars will get older. Just remember where this all started at..just cause you couldn't afford one two years ago don't mean you have to be childish.

It's not a question about not being able to afford it two years ago. I just didn't want to get bent over on the rediculous markups and overpay for the car like you probably did.
