It drives me nuts that ground effects come unpainted - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I love this car, but why can't the ground effects come painted! The Mitsubishi EVO has this option and I consider that car a competitor to the Camaro! Now I'll have to get someone to paint them and pray they don't screw it up!

And I'm not buying this car until the hideaway lights come out. Yes I said it, I want the hide away lights!

Otherwise I love the car.

Hideaway lights are gone with bad hairbands of the 80s. Although i agree on the ground effects. They should be painted... very very weak on GMs part.

I like the hidden lights on the 1st gen's. I'm waiting for someone to make this mod

GM dropped the ball with this one!! If it was painted, I would definitely ordered it!

Did they? Because the package sure is selling well despite the insane price. That says everything right there!

Anyone know the cost to get the kit painted? I was thinking of buying it after the fact because of the non paint issue.

I got quoted 800 bucks at one shop, looking around for a better deal
