2013 stripe question (grey/silver)
Hey,
So, theory used to go that you'd get the CGM (cyber grey metallic) stripes if you wanted a 'shiney' black as the black stripes were a matte. Looking on the builder (http://www.chevrolet.com/camaro-perf...-your-own.html) it looks like the 'grey' is now AGM (ashen grey metallic). So, my question is this: if I still wanted a 'shiney' black, would I be better off getting the AGM stripes? or the SIM (silver ice metallic) stripes? Or just getting none and painting some black ones on later? Cheers Justin |

Another option that you could look for would be to see if there are Carbon Flash Metallic stripes available (45th anniversary edition body color).
Personally, I would go for painted. The vinyl striping won't hold up over time and are easy to scratch and make waxing the car a bit more trouble. Painted also opens up a lot more color options, including degree of glossiness. |

I LOVE The look of Dark Grey with light silver! I think that is one of the best combinations you can have
