Ok everyone on a serious note!

Idk what happened today but I woke up thinking "Wait a sec" what if I painted my engine cover class red??? How would that look??? So what you guys honestly think? Keep it white or paint it red?

Also keep in mind I have the ACS T10 hood insert which is with the see thru glass..

NO KEEP it just as the way you have it. Tossing in Red will throw off the whole look. If anything add color change LED's for the engine cover to add a red tint so it shines through the window.

Still not feeling the Red I think the white on yours looks sharp and with the glass window the RED will stick out too much and take away from the overall look of the car as that will now be the focal point IMHO.

I hear ya brotha.. i kinda thought that too.. but idk man I need to do more under the hood not sure what.. this forsure is my next thing.. i also wanna do the leather center console. . I think that looks amazing. I hear the new corvette has that. So i would like that custom but factory look.. don't wanna go to off track..

The thing is I wanna make it where my camaro is nice enough to take it into big indoor auto shows like the ones they do each year in Detroit, NYC, and Chicago. .

I understand and IMHO your car is well worthy of an indoor car show.

My suggestions…

Under the hood
-Painted white radiator cover
-Add RGB color change lights for the engine cover
-The plastic by the windshield painted white

Interior
-Armrest
-Center console painted


Side Item
- Custom Display board

OR

- Custom Car Show Display Stand w/ Display board to highlight all of the modifications to your vehicle (this is for shows)

I vote for red, I think a 3rd color would set it off, but I would also add other small accents of red on the car also, brake calipers, interioir, ect...

Personally, I say keep it white. Your car is so stylized to the white/black combo that a big red color in the center would really throw it off. Worst case, you can always turn to photoshop to see.

A red or blue engine cover would look very cool through the glass. But I think what you have now looks great...no need to change it. Unless it could be a temporary change...or lights like the poster above suggested....he has a nice idea.

I was thinking the same, i almost had my door panels and dash trim repainted red so i can do black and red seats.. the brakes I will upgrade later to red brembo brakes with R1 concept slotted rotors... that's the reason why I just bought the 2LT leather steering wheel with red stitching.
