XPEL Price and Workmanship

I cannot find a dealer in Arkansas that has gotten a real good recommendation....I called a guy in Houston Texas and he quoted 2300 to do all the front and mirrors up to windshield....then I asked about removing factory stuff and doing the rocker panels another 450....anyone close to Arkansas got a good dealer and can you tell me if this is the normal price? Thanks

I'm in Houma Louisiana (way down south) and I had the Expel done on the entire front end, headlights, the hood and fenders are done to the front portion of the heat extractor, A pillars, mirrors, 6" or 8" across the top (mine is body color), took the factory stuff off of the rockers and installed it there, the section behind the rear wheel all the way up to the top of the quarter and the area inside where you reach to open the doors. It was right at $2000

asptroopa1,

I know I'm not in Arkansas, but wanted to give you a comparable price point here in Florida. I have a company doing XPEL basically on the same area's you were quoted (entire front, whole hood, both fenders to the door and both mirrors) for $1600. Plus, for another $120 he is going to wrap my chrome strip and my rear spoiler in CFM.

Good luck and thanks for your service!

Here in St. Louis most people use Justin at Clear Advantage. He runs the Xpel all the way to panel edges (many hold back as much as 1/2"!) and can custom cut for any non-typical location. You can contact him at www.clearadvantageauto.com. Justin is one of those rare individuals who stands by his work. If he's not happy with the result, he'll redo it until he is. He even did Mike Yeagar's personal Corvette last year at Mid-America Motorworks' Funfest. If I recall correctly, he'll do the entire front end for $1800, other panels scaled appropriately. One guy in my club had his entire convertible done (and by entire I literally mean EVERTHING) and it was about $3800.

It has to be washed, just protection and it sacrifices itself and can gash...

Yep, still need to wash it. It is self-healing to a small extent, but larger gouges won't. It is primarily protection from small rock & bug chips, scratches etc.
