Did some tuning and not happy with the setup, I am changing turbo and my intercooler system lol

All the metal work s done...again lol

I'm pretty happy so far...6.9-7.5psi on a 7.5 spring setup running wastegate only with the boost controller turned off.

I'm getting ready to add some more boost

Then once I get it to hit and hold my target 12psi ill go back and start the methonal tuning.

But I pretty much have the iat's under control finally lol.

My dyno day has been re-sceduled 3 times and if I don't make it on the 23rd I forfiet my deposit. They have been so cool to let me re-schedule each time because I gave them over 2wks notice each time and they were able to fill my slot.

I'm down for the winter, adding a line lock and a msd bap in the next few days. The summer sucked and I ended up changing tuners because the first ones had no clue....thats a long story.

However I am very happy with my current tuner and things are looking good, we made 8psi of boost doing part throttle pulls. I have not gotten to wot yet and have not done any methonal tuning yet either.

I redid my upper charge pipe too (again) lol. I redid it because I added a honeycomb section before the maf and now I am not using the maf 😆

Went back to a stock style intake manifold
Re-did ic piping again
Changed meth controller / solenoid/ nozzle
Changed bap
Added E85 (diy no kit)
Added my auxiliary pump (diy no kit)

Nice improvements. Love that huge charge pipe and coolant overflow matching the washer tank.

I like the stock intake over the sniper because the sniper intake moved my Power band to high for my setup.

On a manual car with a cam the intake would perform better I think.
