No no, not at all. I believe that they are investigating more. They know they have plenty of time to put the murder of Sean Collier on the bombers. They may just want to be sure that they have the proper support. Call it an over abundance of caution but they don't have to rush it.

Now this could also be a departmental thing. There are big egos involved in this stuff. If you listened to the scanner as this happened, you would see the interaction between each law enforcement agency could get a little stressed. As silly as it sounds, they could possibly be letting the state authorities charge first.

This is all just speculation at this point. Though I understand your apprehension in not seeing the information included. Certainly something to watch for.

Not sure anyone said they were after the man/men that bombed the boston marathon. Most, if not all reports were saying they were after the suspects. now that one of them is caught, he's been writing his statement/answers to the authorities. Who really knows what he's written. But it's not looking good.

and just the shear fact that he had a gun...really doesn't look good. and if reports of him trying to kill himself are true...not helping either. and then his brother blowing himself up...yeah, another negative...

They didnt find him in the boat until the evening of the 19th.

I don't know. just think about the situation. you are at the boston marathon. two explosions happen. later, you find out you are a suspect. wouldn't the smart thing to do, if innocent, would be to call authorities, tell them you are innocent, and turn yourself in, to clear everything? guilty conscious usually tells you to run away.
