Good luck. I had many issues with my top. But the biggest problem was finding competent people who do quality work. My dealer contracted out the replacement and they SUCKED!! After all the grief of getting my top replaced due to wear marks and a hole forming, my 5th bow went on me within a couple months. No way was I letting someone mess up my car again and go thru all that stress. Luckily this forum is filled with information and I was able to replace the 5th bow myself. Granted, it did take most of my Saturday to complete, but I learned a lot and know it was done correctly. Total I think I had $150 in parts, some propane to keep warm, and a 6 pack to get the job done!!

Be careful that they don't goof it up worse. The 5th bow will need total replacement, without that there is no fix.

i was ask to bring it to the dealer to get a est. they said that they would cut me a check to take it to a trim shop to get a repair just talked to them today im waiting on the check so stay tuned

Be sure to find a shop that has done 5th gen Camaro tops before. They are a little tricky. Glad to hear that the dealer is working with you on this.
