Title registration not to be issued - tax unpaid

I'm interested to buy a Camaro 2012. The question is about the title that says "title registration not to be issued - tax unpaid". After some googling I can't be clear on what this mean. Some says run away, the tax is unpaid. Other writes that there is no problem since dealers doesn't pay tax. The car have been sold on auction and exported to Sweden, there I live. So is there someone that KNOWS for sure if this is a run away car or buy???

For details see attached photo.

Per PA's state website, it's fine. It just means the dealer can only use the temporary dealer plate on the vehicle as it's currently for resale only (as opposed to long term dealer use, which would require registration).

Remember registration and title aren't the same thing. Title is who owns it. Registration is *usually* to the owner, but not always (normal with leased vehicles) and does not convey any ownership status. The only thing you care about is title.

Check your local registry, that's where it will matter.

Not necessarily. I had mine in PA for years and the only 2 times that it saw a salty road was when moving from PA to MO in March, and recently on a tribute cruise for a kid who had died of cancer. No mine doesn't have 91k on it right now, but had I driven it like I had been pre-kids it would be probably close to 80k right now.

These Camaros don't rust like the old days. My '10 SS saw 7 Winters in the
North East and there's no rust on any body panels, undercarriage or trim.
I'm now in Sunny South Florida and except for some wheel tarnish no one
would know it hasn't spent it's entire life here.
