How about the pulley set and belt that might help the slipping I am getting.

So... who on this thread has the most MODS??? Looks like I just got passed by a black car...

Upgrades to the Camaro are like buying a Camaro. As soon as you go to the max, the creative geniuses out there squeeze out even a better setup! But it sure is fun to watch and learn

Yep...lucky to stay on the top of the heap for a few weeks. LPE is getting ready to go sick with Pauls car. Kinda makes it hard to hold off on second go a round. I just have a feeling that this winter they will on top of the game, and everyone else will be in catchup mode.

You know LPE can build you whatever you want. They are the best and can build anything you request. They have always been on the top of thier game. Anything that the other shops are doing they can do as well or better but keep in mind that a lot of the high numbers out there are made with nitrous, methanol or high octane fuel... The 650s are an awesome package but keep in mind that it too is only a mid level package made to run on pump gas. All you have to do is tell them what type of power you want and they will taylor a build to exactly suit your needs. I just like to think outside of the box. They are not cheap but I don't want cheap and the LPE Team has the most experience in my opinion.

The only problem is the distance for me, shipping is like 6k total. Or its a three day haul each way in my rig, about 9 hours a day is all I want of driving anymore. I am going to talk to Grahm about a closer option, I hope it works out to save driving up there.

That is a bummer to have to spend 6k for shipping. Graham would be the one to talk to for sure.

Jim Guthrie mentioned mine could possibly need a rear end thrust alignment since it felt squirrly on take off....... Had it aligned a few days ago and thrust was was off at .4 versus Zero. Much better out of the hole.

Jim really knows his cars. RS and I both went out yesterday. Jim drove mine again, and he said he really liked the suspension and the way it was handling. Of course it "handles" much better with him driving than me. I don't have the coilovers though, just the Pfadt springs, sway bars, bushings, hotchkiss chassis brace, and BMR trailing arms. I looking forward to seeing him drive RS's again, which has everything mine has plus coilovers, and MWS's with his new Pedder's suspension package. I'm sure they're both great, and if there's something not adjusted right he can usually tell.

Here's a couple pics from yesterday. Jim brought out another toy today, and boy was it LOUD!

Now that is a sweet sight! I love seeing a bunch of Camaros all together to race like that. Well the GT500 is nice enough, but those Camaros loof like a pack of wolves about to go on the hunt.
Sounds like you all had a good time, I cant wait to join you guys on the 10th!

That is actually a Ford GT40 with a really large whipple supercharger on it! But you are right about the Camaros. To me it looks like they are grinning. We're looking forward to having you join us also. Have you decided what days you're coming?
