I agree. I almost went with the wickerbill but everyone has it. Glad I went with this one after I installed it.

Could one of your that have installed the shark fin "eBay" diffuser take a picture underneath where the 4 factory mounting points and the diffuser doesn't have provisions for them. I'm OCD, before I buy this diffuser I want to see if I can make whatever I need so the diffuser is mounted solid to these 4 points like the factory diffuser. Thank you. Ed.

I may be able to take a pic Sunday when the rain stops. But making a small angle bracket would be painfully easy to do. You will still need to drill a hole at the bottom of each fin to mount. That's why I went with the black zip ties, can't be seen at any angle. If you use hardware paint the head of it so it doesn't look "backyard" repair.

I will try to get a pic soon. Basically all you have to do is get a flat piece of metal and make a “Z” and drill out both sides. Attach to diffuser and factory support with small bolts and lock nuts. Mine does not have the “parachute” effect that others have described.
