Cool 2014 camaro hood question???

Hey everyone,

I was wondering where people are getting their black hoods for the SS? Is it just a vinyl they are putting on or are some of the cars coming with them? If it is factory then is there a vinyl that anyone recommends to black out my hood? I may take this dip off my spoiler the previous owner did to vinyl it to match the hood as well. Thank you guys in advance!!

The 1LE track package comes with the black hood from the factory. Factory vinyl is 3M matte black. Vvivid vinyl is another great vinyl brand to go with and I think it’s more affordable. Also, check out promotorstripes.com in case you may want to do something else to your hood other than just blacking it out.

Wrap is the easiest and best way to get your hood matte black and its reversible if you ever change your mind. If you look up vinyl shops around you, I'm sure someone could do it for you relatively cheap.
