Glad I don't have a splitter. There's about 10 places where it would get wiped out that I routinely drive.....

So the total was over 3,000. Plus the rental was about 600. Thank you insurance. They had to replace that quarter panel completely.

Looks good as new. Good the whole panel was replaced

Side note: to those with a factory splitter.... particulary the new one on the 19 and newer (2nd gen?).

Are they built thin?

Seem to see alot that damaged easily. Was thinking factory but if the crack/break easily then may go with the RPI 19* splitter....

My factory one was fairly thick. I was surprised at how easily it broke. I was going less than 2MPH and only hit the opening by about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch.
