Carbon Motors E7 Cop Car

I saw this today for the first time and just thought it was interesting.

"The Carbon Motors E7 has been a long time in coming, but our suspicions of vaporware were abated when we saw real pictures of the E7. Now they've officially been quashed as a still-in-development prototype filled-to-the-brim with cool gadgets has finally been unveiled. The purpose built police cruiser is equipped with a 300 HP diesel engine which will push the car from 0-to-65 MPH in under 7 seconds, a 250,000 mile durability spec, suicide doors, a hoseable interior and integrated bull bars. But it's not really about the car itself, it's about the gadgets."

Looks like a fictional cop car from a video game or something. It's cool. But I wonder how much it's going to cost though. And will police agencies be able to afford it?

OOOH, a diesel nice...Perfect 50/50 weight dist. 28-30 mpg's

Thats the way it should be car specifically built to be police cars. In the long run it will be alot cheaper. How much does a squad car cost these day, i know its a ton.

DO WANT!

How much does it cost?

I thought that police cars were supposed to be common mass-produced cars that are available to consumers, not purpose-built units.

Probably bc it'll cost an arm and a leg....

Crown Vics are cheap.... which is why they are being used mostly, next to Impalas, Chargers, Magnums etc...

They aren't cheap after they have to have all of their equipment put into them, last i checked a fully prepped patrol car costs over 100 grand. Maybe since this company specializes in the production of only cop cars, just maybe it will bring down some price. Plus they might be safer, since they can specifically design the car for a job. Who knows

Ugly, but looks to be highly functional. Pushbar looks useless though. Large wheels and low profile tires just don't belong on anything labeled "tactical" IMO.

I'm surprised TAG hasn't popped into this thread yet. I saw a video of the car a while back, and it's pretty sweet. I'd piss myself to see that in my mirror, light and sirens blaring
