I hope that the pool cover not damaged! So how did you clean the pool after that? I like your pool. hope now every thing's fine.

don't put a claim in to small i put claim in for 5,000 because a tree hit my house 10 years ago. Next year price went way up, then a called around to get pricing few wouldn't quote and all were high there reason i had a claim in my history. Homeowners insurance is for large losses only.

I know this is an old thread, but since it has been resurrected, it really looks like the pool didn't have enough water in it. I work in the pool industry, and even a safety cover like a Loop-Loc needs to have the water level up so that it can assist in supporting the cover. I have seen many manufacturers deny a warranty claim for a cover because the water level was too low which caused extra stress on the cover.
I would like to hear what happened with the claim as well!
