I placed my order at my dealer when I first heard about the ZL1 in January of 2011. I finally was told it was shipped two weeks ago. Still no sign of the car.

I called the dealer and told him I could probably get a 2013 Cobra sooner than this car.

This vehicle has been a long time coming - after reading the various postings about how few were made for Canada, I am beginning to wonder just how rare a car this is truly going to be. I even thought of passing on this order and getting a new convertible ZL1. Well I am looking forward to making this a daily driver if it does show up.

Thanks to one of the forum members, I did get a retractable license plate holder. It came in ages ago. Thank you Dblchby and RPI. Seems everything is taking a loooong time - my ZL1 chrome plate frame was ordered four weeks ago from Chevy Mall - still no sign of that either.

Is there anyone on the forum that has taken delivery of a ZL1 who also owns a ZR1 - I would like to know what the differences are in driving the two.

I know there is atleast 3 in nothern Ont, and I have # 1202. Northbay was allocated 2, & 1 was allocated for Sudbury

Having winter Camaro withdrawls :(.

These pics were taken this summer on my trip through Banff & Jasper national park! What a ride, will have to make a trip through the park yearly I'm thinking.
