Can you elaborate? What do you mean by drone switching? Im aware that the auto uses AFM when on the highway / cruise, but is the quad port exhaust not installed solely due to the sound it makes when in 4 cylinder mode (AFM) or for other reasons?

Trust me I would know, I had a L99 and dealt with the drone issues. |

I dont care that i dont pick up a ton of power over stock. It sounds great and will never have the droen of a aftermarket exhaust system on the highway.

It's actually not that crazy. It sounds amazing with the Pfadt LTs and HF cats but not ridiculously loud, even with the fuse pulled. I got a M2W controller to quiet it down enough for my wife to not complain about the very slight amount of drone when driving on the highway at 60mph in 6th gear, going up a hill.

Well I for one like it on my ZL1 with a cam, headers and off road pipes it sounds great, but when it was driven in the bay at fastlane the sound bounded off the walls, and talk about freaking loud man.Although even with my top down at cruise I cant hear much at all until the hammer is dropped.lol

I had the NPP ordered on my 13 ss and it is the single most pointed out feature. It could be because 5th gen Camaros have been out for a while and this is new on them but it does get a lot of attention.
6 - 10 HP difference is nothing compared to the difference a driver makes. If I were to add power I prefer a smaller gain over the entire curve than one great number at a certain rpm. |

NPP with fuse pull is worth is even if the weight was the same and it had zero Benifit. Car sounds like it has a v8 in it. |
