All New For 17 Active Interchiller

After months of R&D in 2016 on all our kits, comparing cores for performance on our new test car LSA powered SS Sedan. This led us to design a new distribution device to get an even distribution of the Refrigerant across all the plates in the core. A new larger CNC suction fitting and larger hose increase flow pulling gas across all plates in the core for vertical and horizontal mounting.

This distribution device is CNC machined, designed, tested and assembled in house so no other manufacture can offer this solution. We are the only manufacture to provide complete kits which all include our advanced wiring harness and temp display. Our CNC based hard line condenser adapters and AC lines provide a clean and simple installation with as little as 2.5’ of hose.

No loss of cabin AC performance, while the air temperature is 40deg lasers don’t work on air the plastic vent is 29deg.

Inlet and outlet of the Interchiller at 5deg.

IAT1 and Intercooler Temperature in line at drive through.

LED designates Competition Mode and temperature is Interchiller.

Did 11.26 and this one 11.0 then broke the diff in 3rd gear. Still a good day, car drove on and off trailer. It was only in the 80s so Chiller had no problem with IAT. This was with no reservoir and no CAI. HPT log.

2.3gal front mounted reservoir and Xtreme Chiller.

2010 Camaro SS competition kit, this is the smallest Interchiller we offer and updated from our original 2011 kit. Vertical mounted and our new Freon Distribution Device it has new found performance, plenty of cooling for 600 HP Maggie. This is the first 13” 30 plate sold since 2013; these are complete kits 100% bolt on. New 13” Vertical mount kits are available for several platforms already.

Very cool.

Wish you would find a way to make a plug and play kit so us road course guys could look at this at this viable option to keeping IAT2 down while tracking our cars. I know you've said you need to run a separate DC electrical system to make this work.

I just found out Charles had SS worked on and it wont be ready for Sunday. Also forecast is thunder storms and tornado warnings. So I don't know at this point if I want to drive 4hrs.

No Heat Exchanger, Thermal Insulators or CAI so under hood intake. 4.5GPM pump, street tires.
Charles
Ran the 1/2 mile today with the Active Interchiller installed on my LSA SS today. IAT at launch was 59 (ambient was 84), at the end of the 1/2 mile (145mph), my IAT was only 90 degrees! And it was back to 59 by the time I got back to the staging lanes. I was able to do (4) 1/2 mile runs in just over an hour, never stopping. Car ran awesome!

So what's the price on one of thesen kits for the zl1? Has a bypass solenoid for the track and the biggest you can make for it is? Does it bypass the coolant or just freon?

Yes Competition kits still have our original design from 09 with Cabin Bypass for track use and automatic H/E bypass. We have the only advanced wiring harness and temperature display as shown in picture above. Price is listed in Vendor section. Contact me for more info.

You were doing 73MPH and had -11 psi (I believe that would be vacuum) boost at the end of the 1/2 mile run?
