While I agree with a few points. I have the LS3----no afm drone as you experienced. I have driven both, my best friend has one. I cannot speculate as to automatic shifting, but I can tell you that both cars are very easy to drive(6M, clutch engagement, solid feel). While the stang has far better viewing(from inside out), IMHO, the camaro far exceeds the stang in ground stance/handling. Around turns the ride is just much tighter(even with her big butt). Just my $0.02. We have raced from a dig and at higher speeds. The stang does "feel" like its going faster for some reason, but in actuality, I edge him almost every time. I enjoy both cars, but still prefer my Sexy SS beast

Just a small thing to point out. The L99, automatic, SS is rated at 400 hp not 426 like the LS3.

Of course it was in a big budget movie, for a very simple reason......Just the one of the sexiest cars on the road. When's the last time a stang headlined a movie...1960 what?

About the ergonomics in the Mustang, that was one major reason which ruled it out for me. No telescoping steering wheel meant I couldn't get comfortable driving, it was either stretch to reach the pedals, or stretch my arms to reach the wheel. I'm 5'10'' so I'm right around average, and did not like this in the Mustang.

Good read .. unfortunately I don't think there are any surprises in what you wrote. I think both are very good cars, but out of the 2 Ford is the better all around car ..

Better all around car for whom? I bought my camaro because that is what I like regardless of the comparisons to mustangs, hyundais, etc.... Its an awesome car and I don't need reviews to convince me that I have a good car....
