Anyone FI camaros gonna be runnning down the texas mile this weekend?

wow I forgot there's going to be a mile in the middle of the year again. I bet it's hot out there!!

Hot....yes. I'd be more worried about the wind we've been blessed with lately. 200mph speeds with a gusty 30mph cross wind is a little dicey at best. Here's to hoping all of the participants stay safe and keep the painted side up

winds blows the way its been blowing ... and with how the new mile is set up there will be record speeds recorded.. hope to run 200 with my new nos setup and heads ontop on my whipple.

Is the course set up where the winds will be tail/head winds? If so, do you have to make a run in both directions and average the two? A thirty mph tail wind would be of big benefit. Always wanted to go to this event. Maybe I'll make it this time.
