Has any one ran into a problem with the bottom part (where your butt goes)of the leather seats becoming loose and stretched in appearance?

its stretched on mine also, 6500kms. i kind of expected it but not as bad as it is. i am only 170lbs so i didnt think i was going to distort the seat base that much.

DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL HELP,BUT LEATHER WILL SHRINK IF IT GETS WET.YOU MIGHT TRY PUTTING SOME LEATHER CONDITIONER ON THEM.

Mine's the same way...a lot of sports cars I've seen with leather seats have this same stretch. I think it may be the way people have to get into the seat and then turn their butt to get straightened out...

My ass is the size of the titanic and I don't have any issues with my leather stretching. But then again, maybe it's so big it stretches evenly

Your being thin is the exact reason this is occurring. It is a lbs. per square inch factor. The larger surface area that you project onto the seat equals less pressure onto the seating surface. If you are thin and bony you are actually pressing with more force onto a smaller section of the seat. That is the same with leather shoes that are tight when you buy them but stretch to fit you feet with wear. Either get used to the wrinkles or start eating more twinkies!
