MSD 2-step and Pedal Commander
Would these two work in conjunction with one another? Stupid question there.
A more practical one is, what happens if they're both in the same car, are there any oddities?

Shouldn't be. A 2 step ties into the clutch pedal or brake pedal and ignition, where as the pedal commander is on the throttle circuit. As far as i know. I don't have either.

If you are going to get a tune though you probably don't need the pedal commander. Throttle response can be tweaked via tune. I don't have a problem with throttle response on my car.

Yeah it's getting tuned after I put in this cam, guess that eliminates that

I wouldn't see an issue running both, as they are running through 2 separate systems. But seeing how sensitive our cars can be to some of these add on devices (ie. Vitesse), you never know if you are going to run into strange behavior.
While I run a Vitesse TC trouble free, I would kind of agree with Greenhornet2. At the least, maybe wait until after you get that tune to see if the throttle response it to your liking. You may not see a need for it. Then go from there.
