New Raleigh, NC member checking in with Camaro "Sedan"

OK, so it's not quite a Camaro.

This is my Pontiac G8 GXP with manual transmission. Liquid Red with Black/Red interior, plus the sunroof.

Rather proud of myself, I've done all the install work myself except for the tune and the J-pipes on the axlebacks to squelch highway drone.

After a cleaning:

Latest mod. Might look familiar to those of you who have ordered a ZL1.

Full Mod List
Show:
30% tint; Clear bra; Smoked front markers; Adams polishes; third shift|studios Darts; Exterior V-LEDs; custom DRL circuit; MaverickMan CF Spoiler; matte black trunk, roof, and hood scoops; 35W 6K HID lows; 25W 3K HID fogs; triple Aeroforce in HSV gauge pod

Go: Magnaflow AB; Vararam; Vector Motorsports HSRK; GRRRR8 heater hose; GForce 1000HP Axles; MGW short shifter; Redline oil; American Racing Headers 1 7/8"; tune by Rick Crawford

Stop: Full front and rear 2009+ CTS-V Brembos. Hawk HPS. Carbotech XP10/8 on-track. Russell SS Lines. Ate Typ200/SuperBlue fluid.

Turn: BMR sway bars, SFC & TB, front end links, steering and diff bushings; Spohn rear&front LCA's, rear toe rods and trailing arms, rear end links; Eibach Pro-Kit Springs

Various: Skip shift eliminator, Glove box light, Billet Prototypes Catch can

-----

In the interest of full disclosure, I do have some stuff I want to put up in the Marketplace. But I'll stick around, get to know you guys first, and won't disappear afterwards. After the brake upgrade, I've got some dba rotors and Hawk pads sitting around that work on the Camaro, but that are a little harder to sell among the G8 crowd.

Eidolon, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wive's, husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
