There are enough 2014 bashing threads, please. I posted the pics for fun, not for hard critique. Lets just have fun!

Is it me or does the spoiler on the back of the ZL1 convertible look to be different from the one on the '13 model year? Did I miss something? I don't remember reading about a change to the spoilers on the '14 convertibles.

It's in the hero card information. It says for 2014 the hardtop and convertible models now all get the same spoiler. As in, whatever the hardtop gets, the corresponding convertible model gets the same spoiler. Don't know if the RS, SS and ZL1 spoilers are alike, though.

The chrome piece will come off.... I was able to determine that when I layed hands on the car at Atlanta this past weekend. It snaps in underneath the front facia, so if you remove it, the holes will not be seen unless you kneel down and look up.
So basically just start pulling down on the trim and it will pop out. Theres my DIY for a 2014 chrome trim removal

but you have to tell us how that chrome trim passed through the design team and made it on the production car. There are things that will grow on people (i.e. the taillights), and then there's the stuff that will become a mockery... the AutoZone special chrome trim.

I just noticed the two different fog lights!! The SS's get the square looking fog light. The V6's get the round fog lights(second to last photo)!!

Thanks for the pics. Need to see them up close myself.
Opinions on looks may be forgotten if the (maybe 2015) SS gets this: http://www.autoweek.com/article/2013...NEWS/130529768 |
