I'm sooo itching to take the car out today! Bright and cold outside here in Ajax Ontario today. Too bad the car is sitting in the cold garage alone! While I have the week off from work during this holiday break I'm always tempted to play around with the car. But it will have to wait for the better weather days and for the insurance to be put back on in the spring. Although we don't have as harsh a winter as the rest of Canada I'm sure some of you other Canucks feel the same!

I always loved pictures of beautifully detailed cars in the snow and have seen several great shots....too bad they have to get salt on them! My daily driver (97 Silver V6 Camaro) sits in driveway...slightly covered in snow. Hmm would be nice to have a third garage space! Next house....

I drove mine for like an hour today. Jonesing hard. All back warm in the shop clean and gassed up. I cant wait till spring and hopefully not a June start spring with rain and kife like last year. 2009 licked the sweat from a dead mans balls.

Hmmm... I see some additions on that car since I last saw it.... Got the GFX replaced I guess? And are those gloss black custom stripes I see? Bumble Bee style? Lookin' good!

Mine's still sleeping comfortably in her car bag - a nice zero dust, almost zero moisture resting place until all this nasty salt get's washed away. I swear - winter is late arriving (the snow anyway) here in the GTA, but I think they're still trying to use up their salt budget. Until today, there literally is more salt accumulation than snow in most spots. Makes me want to puke!!

LOL - Nope the original GFX kit - it looks different because it's been Venture filmed (aka 3M Clear Bra film) with the rest of the whole car, and is now glossy like the painted surfaces of the car.

Stripes are actually dark grey to match the GFX - just a trick of the camera shot that it appears black.
