I've been an active member on this forum for about 4 years now, and I've been close numerous times to pulling the trigger on a Camaro 1SS a couple times. But I haven't for two reasons: holding out for better pricing, but also my main concern is the interior.

Now that I see prices loosening up more I see GM is going to fix my major gripe with the car and I feel like I'm hitting the lotto! I know all of you current owners don't see much wrong with the interior, and probably many of you feel for the performance/price ratio the interior is not a major concern, I respectfully dissagree.

When the new interior is revealed is when I will order my car. I just knew GM had to have something more exciting in store than that vast, expansive sea of black, flat, straight, boring section of dashboard in front of the passenger. And I am confident some better materials will be used as well.... the plastic grade isn't near as crappy as it was on 3rd and 4th gens, but by 2010 standards it should be better. Even for the price.

The interior is fine with me. I bought this car for it's exterior looks and power. If I wanted nicer interior and the power I would have bought the CTS-V. Just get the car and drop about 10-15k and replace the entire interior if it makes you unhappy.

I love the interior all I want is a full power passenger seat and I will be 100% happy maybe this deature will be available when I order my 2012 Convertible

I just picked my 1SS 6 speed up on Tuesday 5/4/2010. I had 2 dealerships bidding on the same car to sell to me. Trust me, I won. Seems to be a great time to buy.

Maybe you will hate the 2012 interior too. Then were will you be? I think the car is 90% right for you. Pick up a 2010 now while they are cheaper, but before they are all gone.

Not sure what reaction you expect from those of us who currently own a 5th gen camaro..

I still feel like a winner every time I drive my IOM SS and induce local whip lash in folks necks much to the delight of my kids....

Net - anyone can keep waiting..... and waiting..... and yes - stuff will change and yes there may be some breaks in price... and yes - I would have liked HUD - but I am happy in my car and I hope you will be happy with yours when you get it...... just dont wait forever since there will always be a next years model and you never know if it will look better or not.

I'm sorry but your a whiner, Have you seen the new Jaguar interior? Check out what's infront of the passenger seat(Which no one cares about), Funny it looks just like the Camaro LOL, for double the money
