Something sounds wrong if you get a long term trim of 31 without throwing a code. If new o2 sensors don't fix it, then this needs a full data log and tune review.

Do you have a log you can post?

The most common cause is just one sensor starting to fail. Exhaust leaks can also cause it. Misfires also but I would bet you would feel that.

I agree here Jeff. Usually +/- 25 will give a code but it's hard to know what's turned off in your tune.
After you swap the O2's if you can reset your fuel trims, that would speed the results a bit. You'll have to drive maybe a couple times on the reset to get a good idea if it switched sides and the error is following the sensor. If you don't reset the trims it will still work, but will take a little longer to swing the trims the other way.

I’m getting 0 misfires from my areoforce gauge. I’ll try too pull a log. I’m not that great with hp tuners. Might need help on how to do that.

Just went out and started the car, warmed her up and here are the readings now.

The only thing that has changed is the new tune from a new tuner. Could just be a coincidence.

I just took the sensors out cleaned them out and used a brass brush to clean them up a little. Reinstalled them in opposite sides and the long trims are now 0.3 and -2.1 seams that that might of worked. But I’ll most likely just buy new sensors anyways.
