ZL1 ten spoke rims
hey guys, i recently have been trying to order a set of the black ten spoke rims from my dealer for my ZL1. However, he told that he couldnt place an order. what gives??? i really dont like the 5 spoke polished rims i have now, i want the black ones!!!!

I would say , try it with other dealer , there is a guy in here that one or two of his wheels were damaged by the dealer while doing service on his car and the dealer is ordering a new one with tire .

I'm sure someone would be willing to swap rims/tires on C5 as your polished rims are an upgrade?

i originally planed on trading, but i want to keep both sets of rims so i have them forever. i plan on keeping my ZL1 forever..

They may be limited even for parts to order. The reason the 1LE is limited is because of the black 10 spoke wheels. Even during ZL1 allocation weeks, the black 10 spokes are a constraint item and limited in availability.

The company I work for owns a gmc dealer. The parts guy told me that those rims are currently on back order when I inquired about buying one...

Wow. Aren't the ZL1 wheels about $800 per wheel directly from the factory? I just can't see the reasoning to purchase a set.

The dealer told me the back ones were 1400 each as i was going to buy a set for dr use. Just going to powder coat my 2010 take offs.

Never heard of them being that high. I checked a few months back but forgot how much my dealer told me. It was around $700 per wheel.
