They can't force the dealer to do anything, but they can put pressure on the dealer to give the Hoopers a new 2013 or 2014. At minimum, Chevrolet could make up the difference. GM should also offer to have the ZL1 delivered to the Hoopers at the Canadian plant and give them a tour. This would be good business, especially considering that he has other Chevy vehicles and has been a loyal and enthusiastic customer for years. I guess there is a reason GM needed a bailout. Don't go attacking me now. GM is a company not a living thing. I won't blindly follow a company like a lemming. I am only loyal to companies that go above and beyond.
