I've sent them two e-mails asking what they have to fit a 2010 SS. No response to either request.

Subscribed. I'm very interested in fronts. If I don't have to pay $1000 for skinnies and they fit then I in.

You are correct, give this man a cigar!!! I called Blow-By Racing (as mentioned in the above thread). They no longer have the 17x4.5 fronts, and according to them, those fronts have been on a "national backorder" for months now. They do however have a set of the 17x9.5's with a set of M/T 275/40R17 DR's on them. They want $950 for this one pair of wheels/tires. The guy claims they will fit an 5th Gen SS as long as it is an early 2010 Camaro. He seems to think they switched to bigger brakes or something mid-year. I think he is just talking about the addition of the "roller skates" on the brake pads. Either way, he claims they will fit with the "smaller" brakes (as he put it). I have my doubts because I just talked to Race Star Industries 3 days ago and they are still working on a proper fitment for the 2010-2012 SS. I would rather trust the word of the wheel manufacturer versus some race shop that specializes in Mustangs.

What do you want to know? Yes, Race Star Industries is terrible about answering e-mails, I don't know why, but i've sent them several e-mails and never got one single response. However, I have called and talked to them twice, and surprisingly they are very friendly and helpful on the phone. I forget both times to ask why they never answer their e-mails. Anyway, the last time I talked to them was about 3 days ago. They said they are still working on perfecting a 17x9.5 fitment for the 5th Gen SS. I'm really hoping they will make at least a 17x10 instead. They are hoping to have the wheel readily available in time for SEMA (in November). They said their 17x4.5 does fit the front of the Camaro SS (as long as the "roller skates" are removed. However, they are still trying to find the proper 14x1.5 lug nuts to use with their wheels. He said they should have everything resolved by SEMA. Also, they are supposed to have their 20x10 and 20x7.5 wheels (92 series) available by SEMA too!!! I was also told they are "considering" making some 18" wheels too, but no idea when.

Thanks for the info Blazzin! I'd like to see pricing on the 20" wheels. Guess we can sit back and wait for now.

I just got off the phone with the folks at Race Star Industires. They currently have a 17 x 4 1/2 (P/N 92-745-343) to fit the 2010 Camaro. It weighs 14 lbs. and list price is $179.95 each. They are developing an 18 x 10 1/2 that will be out in approximately 6 weeks. They don't have pricing yet, but he said it will be in line with their other wheels. They expect it to weigh 17 - 18 lbs. He also said Discount Tire carries their wheels and offers them at a discount. Their wheels are polished aluminum with no coating. Hope that helps!!

Man so no 17" that SUCKS! He told me it might be an 18", I wanted to run the 28" slick! Now your looking at 300$+ a rim and 300$ a tire instead of 200$ Same old problem!

Correction on the fronts pricing. They are $269.95 each. He told me $179.95, but that's incorrect. They also require a special lug. I'm leaning back towards Welds RTS now. They have an 18" that clears. They are also offering a $50.00 rebate per wheel on 18" and 20" RTS wheels. Welds are more money, but you can run them on the street too!

I don't think you can run welds on a lowered car. Better save up for Bogarts.

$300 a rim is cheap for a quality wheel.
