rear wheel size

The widest tire it can take on the rear is 315 right?

I’m running a 315 rear on a 20x11 wheel and it just fits inside the body.

To the best of my knowledge, Yes, a 315 is the widest tire you can shove in there. I'm running 10.5" rims on the rear, 315 and have no issues. I would've went wider if possible.

I've seen 325's and 345's with minor rubbing.

Do you have tire residue tar on the side panel below the doors for having 275 in the front? because I am also running 275's in the front

I have a Z28 suspension and 305s on the front. Plus the tires are super sticky (<180 treadwear) and I have the FE4 conversion with 25/28mm bars. I'm really not good enough at road racing to say how good it really handles, but it turns hard enough to make people nauseous. The first time out, the brakes went into full on fade in the turn after the Dunlop sign at Sebring and it went around the corner anyway. The brakes started vibrating after that, so I changed my underwear, took it home and upgraded to a ZL1 front setup.

I never tracked it with the 315s, so I don't have much of a frame of reference. I did not notice any difference on the street other than they were stickier.
