Update: Picked up the new ground battery cable from the St. Augustine dealership today. I installed the new (-) terminal clamp but kept the ground cable in case of need for future use as nothing was wrong with the current one. Upon inspecting both clamps.. they look exactly identical. The new one has the "crack" on the back end as well. This is normal I suppose... however it clamped on tight compared to the old when removing and trying to reinstall. So far the Camaro started right up and I was able to index the window successfully per the prompts on the DIC. Will see how it does within a few days. As for now I believe it is fixed.

Side Window issue - DIC
In my 7 years now on the forum, I've come to the conclusion that most weird, electrical issues are caused by the battery. Thanks to everyone who posts their fixes because those electrical problems can be a PITA.
