I have only used EFILive and long ago LS1Edit. HPTuners seems to be as good as EFILive. I was wanting help tuning my 2011 L99 with EFILive and wanted to know how many use EFILive on this site. So far not many.

Just wondering has anyone messed around with TunerProRT
Free software, registered version removes nag window $39
Unregistered version is fully functional.
