Looks sick, are you going to upgrade the interior at all?

Not missing anything. Maybe a product you sell....? I ran this setup on my last car with no problems. A lot of other guys run this setup with no problems. Its a system that just vents to air. Nothing wrong with it, a -12 off each valve cover is plenty.

How long would you consider a motor making 1000-1200+RWHP hp to last? I am not talking about driving it to car shows and hanging a bunch of chrome with a dyno sheet on the car. I am talking about countless street racing nights, racing at the track and putting probably 10k-15k miles a year on the motor. I would think two years of that and counting is pretty good. Thats what my last setup in my old car had and currently have a friend running this same combo in his truck for a long time now.

Oh no you didnt. lol Glad to see someone stand up for themselve instead of following blindly to every sponsor on this site like so many other people do. Im running my ventilation just like you are on my single turbo car with no ill effects, not quite at your power level but still.

I will say that Tracy SC250 is not just a sponsor but a very well educated professional racer with experience that few have, so I dont think he is trying to sell his products but giving good honest opinions based on experience and results. Stangkilr is familiar with his setup and happy with it so no harm in someone offering a suggestion.

I respect anyones opinion. I just dont see any problems with my vent system. If my motor blows up so be it. I have never had any problems out of this way. I use rotella 15/40 and change it about every 500 miles in my setups.

And I dont sell the belt driven vacuum pump systems, we use Aerospace components or Moroso.

We freshen each engine at season end and each of these is a $15-$25k motor. They would not last 1/3 the season w/out evacuation.

Pump pulls from one bank and a adjustable vacuum relief valve is mounted in the opposite to provide for a good cross flow evcuation of the entire crankcase. The valve is neccesary as you dont want to pull more than 14-15" of vac or oil can be pulled from the wrist pins, etc.

Not trying to sell you anything, just sharing a lifetime (38 years) of race and performnce engine building and professional drag racing (dont street race) with years of Divisional, National, & World Championships in both NHRA & IHRA in multiple classes. I also trained at Reher Morrission one of the most respected race engine builders in the world. www.rehermorrisson.com

So its your choice to learn and understand, or not expect it to live as long as it could.....dont buy anything from me, just sharing.

4SFED6.0....ignorance is bliss....and your comments sure show that.

I have been building FI since the mid 70's and will put a fraction of my credentials on all aspects of engine building and FI against yours.

Just because you assume something does not make it correct.

Thats why I suggest an oil analysis and you can see in the report what is happening.

How many of these do you have?

I wasnt discrediting you, or singleing you out as a sponsor like I mentioned. And I really could care less about a dragstar you race or a trophy you have won. Really just shows your arrogance, my situation is the same as stankilrs, not a ton of miles a year on and I change the oil frequently, sure if its a high mile street car that a proper evacuation system is necessary or a high hp drag car that needs a vacuum pump.
