The track was bad in the morning but got better all day.

I think this thread is a nice Bang for the Buck example IMHO.

Very happy to be in the 9 second club, and proud to have done it myself, excluding 1st dyno tune by my tuner. And I guess the Chevy dealer who recharged my A.C.

Did you ever dyno to see what rwhp is and what was your race weight?

Hey John C, thanks for reading.

The dash does trap a small crossover strip of carpet that i decided to trim/cut because the plastic molding still holds what needs held after the cut.....the rest of the crossover i was able to pull through.

I did get weight, not sure if I posted it here or not.... it was 38xx with me in the car.
No dyno since the first tune , I tuned all the changes at the strip...

I just ran into this same problem on my 2010 SS when I upgraded the wheels. How did you zip tied the e-brake cables?

I actually used a hose clamp to ensure they would stay back, left it kinda loose around the suspension arm so it had room to float for suspension travel

Wow just finished reading and just wow. Your attention to detail and having this done right/ your way or no way haha. The car looks amazing love the chrome pace car rims wish gm released them this way too. As for your build with stock axles (stock zl1 but still stock right). Running 9's on bushings is just a testament to your tuning and build. Wish I had the patience/time/courage/equipment to diy my car like you have. Great write up I say you go to office depot and make a manual/booklet from the forum posts as a memento in the glovebox.

Just a friendly bump, the car is a wonderful Cam'd NA build. I have to say it is strangely even more fun to drive around town but could still use some more grip from a dig..... Spinnin' ain't Winnin' lol
