We have supercharged Vehicles with as much as 100,000 miles on them, we do a compression and leak down test and go over the History of the Vehicle before taking the Plunge.

Mine was done - drop shipped to Lingenfelter with 0 miles (whatever it arrived with).

It's safe. A lot of people have done it right off the bat...
